EyeOnWater
EyeOnWater is a FREE web-based service that can automatically notify customers if they have unusual usage, often a leak.
Anasazi Trails Water Cooperative (ATWC) highly recommends our customers sign up for this FREE service to avoid unexpected and large bills. Find out more – or sign up – here.
EyeOnWater allows you to see your water consumption by hour, day, week, month, and year. Your EyeOnWater account can be set up to send you a notice if it detects a leak – potentially saving you from a large water bill! In addition, if you sign up for this service and identify a leak, ATWC will work with you on a possible cost adjustment.
Instructions for setting up your EyeOnWater account
Go to https://helpeyeonwater.com/2018/05/23/creating-an-account/ and read through the steps.
Create your account
You will need to provide your: Zip code, Name, Account # (the Lot number on your water bill), and your Email address
Then you will need to create a password.
That’s it!
Check Water Status
Your EyeonWater account allows you to check the website and/or download their app to check your water status. The EyeonWater website – https://helpeyeonwater.com – will guide you through how to log in, use the mobile app, and set up *Leak Alerts*
Once your account is created and you log into the website (or app), you should find your account dashboard intuitive.
**Please note: Same day water usage will be available only after the daily database update (between 6-8pm).**
